It is so true about not getting caught up in the negative, I swear that I go days without really thinking about any of her traits as being negative.Because she is so young and is the youngest in the family ( and all children are different) , even with all her issues ,Beauty never ceases to be a delight because of who she is rather than in spite of it.Yes I get tired and her insistance on help with a 60 piece Lazy Town puzzle can be infuriating with her persistance ,she never ceases to be a little sweet heart.

My daughter fits the criteria for Aspergers but has been diagnosed with a genetic disorder also. I must say that compared to most children she is exceptionally compassionate and very tuned in to other peoples facial expressions and the energy they have. This affects her moods in postive and negative ways but as she has gotten older she continues to learn how to recognize these emotions in others and shows insight and compassion that never ceases to amaze me.
